IT-TELESIS based in Manto Mavrogenous 4, in Zografou, is a provider of consulting services with respect to the SAP information system.

The company aims at the complete satisfaction of its customers; the proper provision of SAP consulting services; the training, the development and management of SAP projects.

In order for the company to ensure the quality of its services and its environmental management, it has developed, integrated into its business processes and implements an Integrated Management System (IMS), according to the international standard ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.

The Management of the company has established, implements and maintains updated the Quality and Environmental Management Policy, ensuring that the Quality Policy:

• is appropriate for the purpose and operating framework of the company, supporting its strategic orientation;
• provides a framework for the establishment of measurable Quality and Environmental Management objectives;
• is kept updated and available to any interested party.

The Management and the personnel of IT-TELESIS are aware and embrace the content of the Quality Policy and the Environmental Management that has been established and implemented by the company.

For the successful implementation of the IMS, the Management is committed to:

• take the necessary measures in order to meet the legislative, regulatory and other applicable requirements;
• promote the improvement of the level of Quality and Environmental Management through the Integrated Management System applied by the company in harmonization with ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015;
• focus on meeting customer requirements by identifying and addressing threats and opportunities;
• provide all the necessary resources and means to ensure the smooth, efficient and effective operation of the business;
• control its partners in order to ensure the adoption of the principles and their operation in accordance with the requirements set by the company;
• prevent the impact on the environment;
• reduce the waste it produces and promote recycling practices;
• reduce the consumption of energy and natural resources.

The Management of IT-TELESIS through training and awareness of its staff ensures that Quality and Environmental Management become the philosophy of the company’s people and operation.

This Policy is updated and revised appropriately in case of changes in the size or nature of our activities or after the occurrence of emergencies and is reviewed in each audit of the Integrated Management System.

IT TELESIS PRIVATE COMPANY based in Manto Mavrogenous 4, in Zografou is a provider of consulting services & management and technical support services in the field of information technology, new technologies, state-of-the-art technologies, integrated information systems (ERPs), business planning, financial management, business computerization, development, trading and installation of software systems ,as well as a  provider of consulting services for the promotion of related products (marketing) and services.

For IT TELESIS, information security and the provision and management of IT Services is a top priority in order to:

• ensure the full compliance of the company with the relevant legal and regulatory requirements;
• protect the interests of the company and of those who collaborate with it and trust it for the use and exchange of their confidential data;
• ensure the availability, integrity and confidentiality of information produced, received and exchanged in the context of security projects;
• maximize the reliability of the company’s information resources.

The company applies ISO/IEC 20000-1: 2018 and EN ISO 27001: 2013, aiming at the following:

• full commitment of the Company Management to the faithful implementation and continuous improvement of the systems, which comply with the requirements of ISO/IEC 20000-1: 2018 and EN ISO 27001: 2013 respectively.

The Head of Management System is responsible for the control and monitoring of the operation of Information Security Management System (ISMS) & IT Management System (ITMS), as well as to inform all involved personnel about the Information Security Policy.

All personnel involved in the activities and procedures described and related to Information Security have the responsibility to implement the policy and the corresponding Procedures and Policies of Information Security Management System (ISMS) & IT Management System (ITMS) in the field of their work.

To achieve the above, the company implements IT Management Systems and Information Security Systems based on ISO/IEC 20000-1: 2018 and EN ISO 27001: 2013 respectively.
